You will be texted a passcode for registration and secure sign in to our platform. You will then need to provide your email address used for automated notifications and ticket transfers.
We do not share your phone number with anyone -- It is only used to sign you in.
Since Venmo is used to complete transactions between users, your profile will become "Registered" after you add your public Venmo name.
Once you complete this step you activate your $20 account credit (this can only used to pay our buying fees) and you can start buying and selling tickets.

For any event, you have the flexibility to:
You will be notified by email when a match is made for your sale or purchase. This will include all instructions needed to complete the transaction.
Reduce your risk of fraud by viewing the user profile details of the other party, including:
Cancel the transaction without penalty if the profile looks suspicious.
Sellers first transfer the mobile tickets the via official Ticketing platorm's app.
Buyers use our provided link to pay seller with Venmo at the agreed upon price.
After you have transferred the ticket or sent payment, you will use your My Tickets dashboard to mark your side of the transfer as Complete.
Once a transaction is complete, our fee is deducted from the buyer's account balance.
All new users are given $20 in their account that can be used to pay our buying fees.

Buyers must have enough credit in their account to cover the buying fee before they can place a buy order.
Additional credits can be earned through our Referral program or purchased on our Buy Credits page.
Our platform is designed to promote trust and security. We provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about who you trade with.
We incorporate various anti-fraud processes to automatically suspend user accounts that our systems flag as suspicious.
Additionally, a person on either side of a ticket transaction can report fraudulent activity on a transaction, leading to an automatic account suspension.
