Below we outline some of our key features and functionalities in the buying and selling process.
We'll explore the Event Listing page, User Profile page, and My Tickets page to give you a short overview of the platform.

1. Event Listing Page

After you find what you need by using our Event Search bar, you will be directed to the Event Listing Page. Here's a breakdown of the key elements:

Event Listing Page
    Event Information: Details about the event.
    Ticket Type Select: Each event has separate ticket listings for Reserved Seating and General Admission.
    The "Tickets for Sale" and "Tickets Wanted" sections list all available tickets for sale and all tickets wanted by buyers. You can choose to buy any of these tickets, or sell to a fan's request.
    "Create a listing to buy or sell" Section: Both buyers and sellers have the option to create a new listing if inventory is not available.

2. User Profile Page

Once you are notified of a pending purchase or sale you can view the other user's profile. This includes a fraud risk, buying and selling statistics, and other user info.

    User Information: At the top, the user profile displays the name, registration email, and account status.

    Fraud Assessment:

    • Location Masking: Indicates whether the user has masked their location (using a VPN, Tor, or a relay).
    • Venmo ID Changes: The number of times the user has changed their Venmo ID.
    • Email Address Changes: The number of times the user has changed their email address.
    • Account Creation Date: The date the user created their account.
    • Recorded Login Locations: The locations from which the user has logged in.

    Transaction Stats:

    • Buying Level: A level indicator showing the user's credibility as a buyer.
    • Confirmed Buys: The total number of purchases the user has completed.
    • Number of Different Sellers: The count of unique sellers the user has bought from.
    • Selling Level: A level indicator showing the user's credibility as a seller.
    • Confirmed Sells: The total number of sales the user has completed.
    • Number of Different Buyers: The count of unique buyers the user has sold to.
    • Cancellations Initiated: The number of times the user has cancelled on someone.

    User-Provided Information: What the user entered on their profile page.

    • Social Media Link
    • Venmo ID
    • Last 4 digits of Phone Number:.
    • City & State

3. My Tickets Page

On the My Tickets page, you can manage your active bids, ticket sales, and pending transfers. Here's a quick overview of the key features:

MyTickets Page
    Open Ticket Bids: Manage all your active bids (offers to buy tickets). Each listing includes details such as the event name, venue, date and time, price, quantity, and ticket type.
    Open Ticket Sales: Manage all your active ticket listings (asks).
    Pending Transfers: Manage all tickets that have been matched and are pending transfer. Each entry includes comprehensive ticket details, such as the event name, venue, date and time, price, quantity, and ticket type.
    Action Buttons for Pending Transfers:
    • View Buyer/Seller Profile: Allows the user to view the profile of the buyer to verify their identity and trading history.
    • Copy Buyer Email to send e-ticket. (Or copy Venmo link to pay Seller.)
    • Mark as Sent: This button is used to indicate that you have completed the transfer of ticket or money.
    • Cancel Sale: Allows the user to cancel the sale if needed.
    • Report Fraud: This button enables the user to report a failure to delver for the transaction.
